volts, rpm, starter switch, and something igniton to get a dwell reading. I think that covers it.
Thx Steve. I have spent a lot of time staring at the wiring diagram for my car over the past several months and I had been thinking there can't be a ton of useful data given that there is not much hooked up to that port.
You get to thinking about these things while waiting for the gaskets to arrive that are required between your carbs and the intake manifold!!

Pat Allen from Canada made what he called the "Wunderbox" in a few batches 2 to 3 years ago that worked with the port for the functions mentioned all ready. Sold them on the '02 forum. '02s have the same port plug.
