Datsun 260z manifold - Quid ok?

A quick question: does a 260z 2.6L V6 manifold fit a 2.5L block?
 
Hmmmmn. Did you hit the wrong button? At any rate the 260 is a straight six.
 
Not exactly. The manfolds have a different pattern; the intake ports are not the same if you meant putting a Z manifold on a BMW M30. Not even the triple cannon DCOE manifold will work as I thought about it once before.
 
I am not a Datsun expert, would be on another forum otherwise :) => thus V6 or not , I think you are right in saying it is straight six. Have copied the text blindly before checking it.
The expert advices on this forum are excellent and to the point. Therefore I wanted to get this clarified because I to believe it will not fit.
