Dead Mice

I saw mice droppings in the crawl space so I bought some humane mouse traps. No luck with those, but two mice showed up dead three days apart in the same spot of the garage, between the E24 and the Fulvia. What can be killing them? Fluid leaks like ATF or antifreeze? They seem to die fast because they did not make it to a hiding place...

Antifreeze. I have a drip pan that’s a majority of s combo of antifreeze & oil.

I’ve noticed mouse droppings around center of the pan but only one dead mouse that came into the garage in one of the cars.

Get a cat. Not humane by any stretch; they’re viscious little hunters, but they will get rid of anything smaller than them. We have a Russian Blue (hypoallergenic) and he clears out any destructive critters on our heavily wooded lot. It is depressing though when he gets a nice bird on occasion.
