Diagnosing no-start

In a hasty effort to unlock the steering because the key wouldn't work (had to bring the car home) things were disconnected.

See the attached picture, can't find where these 2 plugs belong.

Looks like it goes to one of the dash mounted push button switches. the other looks like a speaker wire

thanks all. I think it's the prewired foglights. (which I dont have) both the hazard and defrost are already hooked up.

I discovered that my new/used lock cylinder isn't triggering the starter.
