Diagnostic port connections

I'm pretty sure I will never use the diagnostic port (the one on the valve cover), but it bugs me that there are two wires (fine gauge grey and black) that are not hooked up.

The wiring diagram I have isn't much help...

Does anyone know what these two wires connected to?
 
Ok it seems you are missing the #1 spark plug transducer which goes on the thick grey wire with the 2 inner leads:

The black wire in the shrink tube holding the coil wire and the grey wire together connects to the positive side of the coil. The other end goes up through the other shrink tube and connects at the socket. The lone wire from the socket attaches to ground (I use one of the thermostat housing bolts).
