Did the E9 ever come with an OEM First Aid kit?

Interesting option. My buddy Roger has two sun shades on his back panel. Dealer installed or factory I am not sure which. Neat.

Had no idea the pillow kit was that old. My e28 came with one. I just figured it was an 80's safety option. I am familiar with the case type as i have one that my dad handed down to me from his 2002 that he owned in the mid 70's. I dont know why he kept it all of these years but i'm happy to have it!

I bought a new 2002 in `74 and it didn't come with any first aid kit, just the little tool roll.

The black kit pictured seems to show up on eBay quite often. Ive always wondered if they were OEM for E9s.

Sun shades
Different Roger and different car, but I once owned a '74 Euro CS with the described sun shades mounted on a matching (to the original floor carpeting) carpeted hat rack. It also had driver's side electric mirror and telescoping steering column.
