If DQ doesn't want it, I'm your backup buyer, the top breather cover and filter are missing on the 3.07 LSD I bought last year.

Actually, if I didn't have this junkyard 3.07 already, I'd buy the whole assembly from you.
Ping Mario at VSR1 to see if he needs this as a core.

Curious how often/how many these were installed and on which models. Likewise, I have seen differential oil coolers, but wonder how often were they factory installed versus aftermarket?

Remember seeing a stock, street-driven, E3 with remnants of a catch can-breather loosely mounted near the spare tire area. Never understood why. The sulphur aroma permeated everything.

Give him some time. I've bought a variety of things from Al. He's honest, and keeps his word.

These external oil things were on all of the Euro 3.07 LSD's that I've seen. Different than the Alpina belt driven cooler though.

I think these parts are still avail new, but the assembly costs over $250 new.
