Diff output flange bolt torque?

Anybody know the correct torque or process of tightening the output flange bolt of the diff( just renewed seals) also what oil for lsd as book says SAE 90 but wondering if modern lsd oil is compatible?

Rightly or wrongly I was advised that it simply HAS to be LSD oil because of the friction function. Straight oil will not do. I can attest to the fact that the oil does get very, very hot in a slippy diff which is probably why some BMW road cars are fitted with simple coolers/expansion ability. John.
