"Dino" 380 mm Steering wheel

The only markings I can find on this steering wheel, is Dino as shown in the picture. The wrapping is so tight I thought it was molded but my upholstery guy said it is definitely leather. I would rate this a 9.5 out of 10 as their are a few tiny blights on the metal. The leather is perfect. $185 shipped
