A part that I bought recently came with gaskets that were not usable. It didn't make sense to place an order for a couple of $3 gaskets, so I drew them in CAD and cut them out on my wife's Cricut using Fel-Pro 1/32" Rubber-fiber material (Fel-Pro #3157 for a 10"x26" roll).

I'd recommend using the material profile for "Tooling Leather – 4-5 oz. (1.6 mm)" with pressure set to "more". This will require the Cricut deep point blade.

Fel-Pro makes a variety of materials and thicknesses; it's worth having a few options on hand. I've been able to make gaskets for a variety of applications— sometimes because the gasket isn't readily available, but usually because I want/need one immediately.

Of course, there are a variety of other ways to do this. For a low-tech approach, gaskets are easy to trace and cut out by hand with a sharp utility knife. A set of small hollow punches, like this set sold at Harbor Freight, will make quick work of neatly punching bolt holes out.

I've created a repo with the .dxf and .svg files since I can't seem to add them here through the file uploader. Pull requests (contributions) to the repo is welcome, if you have any relevant gasket drawings to share.
