Cant remember if i mentioned it or not but if you do the swap you'll probably want to build a new rear deck as well. Even with removing significant amounts of material from the backs of the e24 seats, the contour is still different enough that the seats will sit about an inch higher and away from the rear bulkhead. I simply used the old deck as a template and then cut the new one a little wider in the area immediately behind the seats. You will also need to modify the center section of the deck if you plan on using the e24 armrest. Same deal, the e24 rest is a tad lower than the e9 piece and doesnt rest as flush with the bulkhead. None of it is too difficult... makes for a nice saturday afternoon project
