They came in a pack that I bought years ago. Hahaha spelling mistakes! Probably counting on the fact that we don't know any language but English.

i know that the blue sticker is on the brake booster, at least that's the case in my e30
IMHO these stickers insult the intelligence of the observer, to wit:
Orange Achtung, use original parts or void the warranty... Sure, the famous 43 year warranty.
Black sticker does not give you information, says RTFM.
The Bosch sticker reminds you the car uses 12V electricals, very useful.
And then there is Alfred Teves phone number in Frankfurt, but when we call from our US time zone Alfred gets pretty agitated.
