Donut's Top BMW countdown

all in all, i think they got it pretty correct, no question on the 1st 3 ... i question the e46 m4 gtr being better than the m1, and for any amount of money, i would keep the 997s over the e46 (any version). but the top 8 are all great cars

#8 - E24 635 CSI ... #7 e28 m5 ... #6 - 507 ... #5 - m1 ... #4 e46 m3 gtr ... #3 - 2002 turbo ... #2 - E30 M3 ... #1 - 3.0 CSL
 
obviously missing from my point of view. 6 out of the top 7 get my vote ... those are the best cars BMW ever built. if i had tons of discretionary funds, i would certainly start with 1, 2, 3 + 5 and 6 for its beauty ... then maybe go for #7. my favorite 5 are all such iconic car designs
