Door Brake Needed ASAP

My cs is in the shop; need a new door brake on the driver's side. Called Carl Nelson this evening and he told me BMW parts doesn't have its act together at the moment and is sending him the incorrect door brakes. Was trying to source one this evening so I can have it installed by this Saturday for an event.

Any suggestions? I have a 2800cs in Chicago.

find a 320i door brake, grind down the ends of the arm slightly to fit the small bracket on the body. Instructions here:

I bought this door brake:

... and it fit perfectly with no modifications required. Is exactly the one in the photograph though it don't know whether it's the e12 or the e28 version.
