Door locking knob - which is correct?

So I have seem to have two different door locking knobs. My car is a RHD 73/74 CSi.

Can anyone tell which knob is the correct one - first or second image.

My vote is the pin for the E9, and the flared knob for the E3.

Second photo, with no knob, is more difficult to hook with a coat hanger when you've somehow locked yourself out. But it was never that difficult to get in, in the first place. Just bust a window and you're there
