Does anyone know the years and/or interior packages associated with the various patterns used on the upper part of the door panels? I've counted three different pattern types.

As I understand it, there's the "really early" (ie: 2800CS) version, the 3.0CS pre-74 version, and the 74/75 version. At least that seems to be how it works from the cars I have seen. The 1974 changes are pretty major in some other areas: the seats, the rear parcel shelf, and of course the dash (defroster, etc)
