Just to share with you:
recently my passenger door window failed to close. It turned out to be the electric contact pin in the A-post which was loose and was easily fixed with a new contact pin. Easily accessible via the small latch below/to the side of the glove box attached with 3 screws. (The contact pins are at the end of the grey enclosed wiring between the door and A-post).
In fact the contact pin probably loosened when I was replacing the rubber grommet above the lower door hinge. I had the ends of the wire free at the electric motor end.
