E12 Electric Window Motor?

Greetings,

I searched the previous posts and could not find a definitive answer, so here goes.

I have a 1980 E12 parts car with electric windows. The motors on my 1974 Coupe leave a lot to be desired. Has anyone used the motors out of an E12 for the Coupe?

Not that this answers your question Rad but this weekend I installed e28 motors on an e12 (1981) and they seem to work out just fine...although the connectors were upgraded to the round DIN type it may just work in your application as well...
