E28 headlight washer rebuild

Hello,
Trying to rebuild a set of e28 headlight washers and I found a broken part it in one, but I don’t know what it is or where to start looking for a replacement part. Anybody here know what this is or where to possibly find one ? Second and third photos are of an unbroken part in situ.
