NMNA. Saw on FB Marketplace couple of weeks ago. Reduced from $6700 to $5000. Euro bumper conversion started. Rear has been swapped but not the front. Too bad it's an automatic. But it is fuel injected. Looks like an easy project.

I don't think it is a Bavaria. The info I have shows the last Bavaria as a '74 model and carbed. Trunk badge added? About 1,000 MY '76 3.0 Si automatics were imported to North America.

Relatively low miles (98k) if accurate. Uncracked dash. Complete and running. Straight body, presentable paint, leather, power windows, deluxe trim. Needs some interior love. Project E3s scare off most buyers but I would hope it would bring $5k. It could be a special car.

That's right. 74 was the last year for the Bavaria. That Bavaria badge is not original to this car. In 1975-76 US e3s were 3.0si models. Higher trim level and early type L-Jet injection. If I recall correctly they also had the dreaded thermo-reactor exhaust manifold. In the US they were replaced in 1977 by the e23 7 series.
In the late 80's I had a 75 3.0si in Fjord with 4 speed and sunroof. Great car.
Agreed at $5k this looks like a bargain.
