E3 bumper conversion

Hey guys,

Looks like I got myself a very nice one owner '76 3.0 Si (Thanks HB Chris!) but with it come the giant bumpers. I'm debating whether to replace them with Euro bumpers since the car is so original.

The Senior Six Registry people seem aloof and glacially slow to respond to inquiries so let me ask here, anyone have experience with that conversion or have a set of Bav Euro bumpers?

RonP knows how to do this and might have a source for bumpers. I know he saw the car on eBay and was intrigued as many were.
