E3 wiper motor fit in to E9

This is my wiper motor. 65cm
I am told that this is a E3 wiper motor so I need to cut this to fit in to my E9

Does anybody have done this ? If so what is length of a E9 wiper.

Yes I don't have the orijinal E9 rod. I am told that this is for E3 and if I cut it this will work.
