hi guys, I am interested in installing sport seats out of an E30. Are they an easy fit ?

Unless you are really short, like under 5' 6", you will have to cut out the existing seat track towers and reinforce the floor to mount the new seats.
If you are short, look here (scroll down a ways) for someone who mounted these seats in a 2002, which has a similar mounting design to E9s:
