Hi there,

I am trying to sell two E9 CS's as a package. The first car is a 1974 3.0CS and has very minor rust suitable for restoration. I bought it 5 years ago for restoration. It has a 5-speed (was told by PO) still attached to the engine. The interior is out except for the dash. The floor is very solid (it's been fixed prior to my possession). The shock towers are solid (front and back). The only rust is at the top fender areas and the bottom side (as usual). The rocker on one side looks solid and the other side has a couple rust spots. The spare wheel well needs to be replaced. These are basically the 3 areas that need attention in this car and the rest is minor. The front and rear windshield is still attached, so I am not very familiar with the condition in that area. Both the kick panel area, behind the glove box and hood release knob looks solid. This car is very easy to restore. This is why I bought it 5 years ago.

The second car is a 1971 2800CS. The car is completely stock and has been sitting underground since Aug 1981. This car has only been on the road for 10 years and has been in an underground storage for nearly 29 years. This car is very rusty and beyond repair. The floor, shock tower, frame, and A-pillar (holding the door) are all very rusty. Only the roof is in decent shape (no rust). The interior looks new (not brand new) except for the driver seat (cloth). The dash, wood, headliner, panel, and the rest of the seat looks new. All the glass is there with no crack and original. The front and rear bumper show a few rust spots (just the surface - need re-chrome), but without a single dent. The car comes with a 4-speed and no sunroof. The front windows are manual, while the rear windows are power. It also comes with an original radio and steering wheel.

My original plan was to put two into one, but now that I'm busy with my kids, I'll pass this mission to someone else. I'm asking $5,600 for both to cover my cost. I am located in Vancouver, BC. I will take and post a lot of pictures for your viewing. If you're interested and/or have any questions, please feel free to contact me at [email protected].

Thanks.

Here are the pics as promised. I can take more if needed, weather dependent.

*The pictures below are of the 71 2800CS. It's quite dusty inside and out as I would like to keep the car as dry as possible without washing it. Taking a closer look at the front bumper there doesn't seem to have any rust. I'll post more pictures from this car before I post some of the 74 3.0CS as I don't want to confuse anyone.

This is my last batch of photos from my 71 2800CS. The good, the bad, and the ugly are all there. This car is too rusty for restoration and is just for parts.

Hi there,

With record temperature, Spring around the corner, and no serious buyers, I will disassemble the 71' and keep the parts for future use.

Thank you.
