I finally got around to replacing my turn/wiper stalk. The only issue with the old one was that the right turn position was sensitive and a slight upward pressure had to be put on the stalk to keep the contacts touching. Otherwise, the left turn and wiper functions are 100%.
A couple of years back I replaced the high/low beam stalk as the contact board disintegrated (and I tossed the broken bits).
We all know that E9 parts are becoming more and more scarce, so if there is anyone out there that can use these cores to bring some life back to them or others, feel free to send me a note.
Important note: these are from a 1973 European E9. The turn stalk is on the right, and the beam stalk is on the left of the steering column.
Stalk Part # 1 350 152 / 8157
Beam Part # 1 350 153 / 8357
