E9 Drive Earlier Today - Point Reyes

Great stuff

That's what it's all about! Beautiful drive! and thank you for sharing. I would love to have seen the dash, speed, rpm's, etc. but that is a beautiful road though a little scarry with the dampness. If you could post up the speed ranges and the set-up you have, i.e. tires, suspension... The camera was very steady- where was it mounted and the exhaust has a great sound- what are you using- ha! more questions than anyone needs on a Sunday morning.

Cheers!

Nice to see you got your Coupe out and about the Nor Cal roads.

Only thing better would to have a few more out there with you, give a shout out i & maybe others would love to get out of there garages.

I would definitely be down for a run out to one of the little towns in NorCal next weekend. I went too early this weekend to get a oyster poboy - this is a problem that needs remediation.

This was the first time I was out on twisties driving moderately hard. Speed ranges were pretty variable (probably no more than 70 on that straight but I wasn't looking down), but I tried to keep the tach under 5k in most cases.

The camera was a new GoPro that worked pretty well. I used the suction cup mounting fitted right under the mirror - it seems to have a little bit of damping built in.

My exhaust is a custom set-up and I think there's a thread somewhere on here about it.

No Shortage of beautiful country in your neck of the woods. Looks and sounds great. Are those BFG G Force tires on your car? I loved the set I ran on my previous Corrado.
