E9 - E3 Orange books

Alvaro, you can buy a printed copy from LaJolla Independent (i believe). its a lot of work to put a pdf of the 2 books together. if somebody has the printed copies and a commercial printer / scanner ... they can run it through quickly. i only have the e9 book.

I can´t find the books...

Not sure if this is old news already but, there's a parts manual that's been scanned by @halboyles and is now on the tech section here - BMW 3.0cs, 3.0csi, 2800cs, and BMW CSL e9 models coupe site (e9coupe.com)

You can download them from the BMW group archive (they have the BMW watermark) for free. I know there's also been scans of other stuff and I've just bought a copy of the physical blue books from Faxon Auto literature on ebay (as they weren't on the archive) and I know they have physical copies of the orange books as well if you want to go for the full sweep.

  • Vehicle documentation are the hand books, operating instructions, owners guide
