E9 electric window rubber stoppers

Thanks to the E9 forum I have my electric windows working. But I did notice that the rubber stoppers for the up and down are pretty smashed up. Does anybody have a source for some new ones. Thanks

try mcmaster carr, the ones I bought from them worked for where I used them, the threaded part is a little short, maybe you could add a coupler
