E9 in 036 Riviera

Anyone seen a coupe in this rare colour....?
I might buy one in Germany, just for the odd colour´s sake. Actually I do like it. Problem is a friend had a bad 2002 in this colour in the mid 80s...

That coupeguy car really doesn't like like Riviera... Maybe the lighting. Here are a couple of pics of a Riviera CS I went to see in the Allentown, PA area a year ago. Very unique color.

It presented very nicely and the color was gorgeous. It was a 74 car converted to euro bumpers and automatic converted to a manual. Some floor plates welded on nicely but non matching, wood was shot and needed refinishing and the elephant skin on trunk lid had a 5 inch slash. He was asking $30K but even at $20K it wasn't a car for me since I highly value originality.

I have a 1972 3.0 csi in Riviera Blue that looks much darker than the car in the photo's although in some lights it does have a purplish tinge to it and looks lighter.

Correction, I have just had it confirmed by the factory that this car is actually Atlantik Blue.
