Yeah... Flintstones... :)

Funny is it was for sale for over a year for half price.
That time it has had the complete loom, manual pedal box, steering column with sport steering wheel, all the locks (door, ignition), rear windshield and few parts more...

I was very close to buy it as a kit project but was lucky in other way...

$5300. Yikes! The panzer they restored after pulling it out of a Polish river was a better deal! The river wasn't kind to this one.....

According to previous seller... Car was brought from Germany as "never ended" project.
The German owner (having a lot of other classing cars resting in piece had also other parts somewhere for sick money...
At least it became a donor for many project the shop (current selles) is doing with E9s for all the EU.

It could be worse... and I would not overestimate Polish rivers! :cool:

They sprayed it with cosmoline just in the nick of time...

It is probably Fertan (ant acid)... To stop further rust ... but the car was sitting in the garden for years. I have pictures from 2020... It was visible parts of the car were sandblasted many years ago...
