E9 steering wheel hub size and compatibility with an E9

Looking at buying a steering wheel hubbub that's compatible with an E9. The pull down lists these BMW:

3 Series E30 1983-90
3 Series E36 1995-2001
3 Series E46 1998-2006
3 Series E90 2005
5 Series E34 1985-1995
5 Series E39 1996-2003
7 Series 1986-1995
Z3 1995-2002

Would any of these fit an E9?

All of the aforementioned Wheels have fine spline hubs (more and smaller teeth) versus the coarse spline hubs (fewer and bigger teeth) of the E9s and the early BMW's. Believe the changeover point was the 1985 model year.
