Hi Malc,

Yup - raining quite heavily. Not too wet to take a CSi out, but far too wet to golf!

I did laugh with some of our southern chums. Not going to the UK meet if it was raining. Ladies, puh-leese!? Trailer queens? I cant get time off work, or it would have been a 375 mile trip ( each way! ) for me - regardless of the weather.

CSi is through the MOT. A friend did the little weld needed, and between us we managed to fix the handbrake, and free off a sticky caliper.

I have ordered the other bits we discussed from Walloth and Nesch. Yet to negotiate ( con ) anyone into doing the master cylinder and fitting the heatshields.

Will get your plug leads, and a new set of brake pads ( here already ) up to you soon. Methinks you are a week or two away from needing them :lol:
 
ha ha, we have this special southern rain down here dave. It's like sulphuric acid and eats e9's alive! It's not too much of a problem though as when it rains i usually get my butler to open the indoor track up and take her for a spin round their instead... :wink:
