Go thre wires direkt under the steering column through the fire wall?
Converted ex automatic car?
As I remember, that connector is for the shift light from automatic.
But im not 100% sure.
If so, no function, blind wires.

In my car the automatic indicator (mounted on top of the steering column) used a different connector - though it may depend on my car being 73 EU model. There was also an automatic version with the indicator element on the dash - that may have had different connectors.
here's the picture of my car's connector ; it used 6 wires for instance.

But that is exact the connector, he hold in his hand( the left) Is just the opposite side, leads in the engine bay.

Albert, I have a couple of shots below that may be of help. I took these while taking out the steering column.
I think that the 6 space plug runs up into the steering column.

Hello and thank you, this was a big help it is for signal light and or for wiper switch that is great I will try it today
and what kined of relay it is or what is that relay is for I don't think I have that I will try to buy one but what is the relay is for.
I am not sure, but I think turn signal...
I can take another picture of the relay if it would help.

The small can relay in the steering column is the (annoying) ignition key warning buzzer

Hello, if that relay is for bosser we can forget about it I have nothing on it and was wondering what is it for
Albert, I believe the relay that you asked about is a turn signal relay.
if it is I dont have it I have to look for it to buy, but I was thinking turn signal is with the emergency signal relay that is little bigger than that if I am not mistaking, however I will start looking to buy one, I have many rare extra parts but I still need many to complete my car

Yes the "L" connector goes to the turn signal relay, the metal can in the steering column is the buzzer.
