Vaguely recall this showing up on ebay before. There's a zero feedback bidder involved (i.e fake account to jack up the price). Probably some kind of a scam here.

yep ... those little bids by the 0 bidder reek of somebody trying to find where the other bidder's bid was ... obviously working for / with the seller. 10 straight bids at $200 intervals
