Ebay seller help required.

Hi all, does anyone have experience with dealing with the Ebay seller based in Germany going by the name of s38-b38. Any help is much appreciated.

Had him tagged for having some nice inventory before but I had no direct experience with him. Here is what my ebay watching software shows from his past transactions:
