Has this already been posted before??

I just saw this and wow! Not sure if I like it, but just think if all electric cars were like this one...

Then again, I would surely miss my six cylinders rasp (maybe the owner will make a CD and just play it while driving).

You should see it when he drops a plasma ball on the twisties at Laguna Seca.
Fun but expensive.

I am guessing you have seen it in action?

What a wonderful idea, IMHO BMW NA should pay attention and put this together with the Munich electric 2002, then again they also have the resources to make one of their own....but that is entirely another story.

Cheers,

My commuter is electric, and as a point A to B car, it's great. While I think that CS is super cool, and I'm sure that instant on torque has to be insane at that power level, I'd get over it rather quickly.

I specifically bought my Coupe for the looks, and the sound. Take away the sound and driver engagement and I'd be bored. EV's are great, and I love them, but they're not fun enough for me when I need to scratch the motoring itch.

Formula E Racing Series

This is probably old news but it will be interesting to see whether it can gain sufficient popularity to be viable. At some point the e9 (and anything else older than last years new model) as a DD is going to fall victim to regulatory interference (all those robots driving our cars) or environmental restrictions.

I would love to find a healthy drive train from a wrecked Tesla to swap into my '02.
