Electric window relays

I am interested in making my windows run as happy as possible. I saw this thread on relays from a while ago and was wondering if anybody knew of a relay that comes with a nice connector going to it?

OK, great info as usual. Just a little confused by the circuit. Am I supposed to hook the diode up to both the positive feed and ground? Hmmmmn. Never really knew what a diode does.
