Seller emailed me back today morning for the sale, I did notify him that you had tried to contact him without success and that you were first in line. I assume he has contacted you by now.

Great Modell, was very lucky some years ago to find a DOYUSHA 1/12 exact scale 3.5 csl
is still under construction great details in and under the car .
Does anyone of you know if there anybody who can make a 3.5 csl lexan body in 1/10 or bigger to build a RC Showcar ?
keep driving E9 for ever
 
I have not seen a lexan CSL shell, but I have got a 1/10 hard plastics shell of a 3.5 CSL with the big wing and side scoops that I purchased years ago, was planning to adapt that shell to a 1/10 RC too.......
that day will come eventually. :)

Hey Verde, since one good turn deserves another, I have secured a similar model for you if you want it. It would be shipped from California. Cost is about $26 shipped. It is from EBAY. It has been opened and a coat of Red paint is on the body. Nothing a Coupe owner couldn't deal with to get it Mint.

Hi all E9 lovers
just found a nice large scale E9 csl model in Germany @ fun-modellbau in their Le Mans Classics section and send them a mail asking if this model is available and if they have a distributer in North America .
will keep you informed what they answer

keep on restoring and driving your E9
