Hello E9 Forum,
I'm restoring a 1973/74 CSi - and we're just about to move out of the bodywork phase.. very exciting - the car now has a floor. The car spent 20 years in a field... and when we get to the interior it certainly looks the worse because of it.
Does anyone know of a dashboard restorer who has a template, or might have access to some of the wooden parts?
Effectively I need an entirely new kit (RHD = UK registered car) - but I can't provide a template because the largest pieces of the wood effectively disintegrated as they were removed from the shell.
Anyone who has had to solve a similar problem would be great to hear from... I've a bit worried I'll have a beautiful shell and only half an interior!
Many thanks,
Andrew
