Exhaust header gaskets

I'm replacing the stock 3.0 exhaust manifolds, (which are way smaller than the M30B35 outlet ports) with a set of Ireland Engineering headers. Can I re-use the 2 gaskets?

generally one does not re-use gaskets that have had full torquing and some running time on them. An exception might be incompressible gaskets such as those made from copper sheet.
