Ian - try closing out of chrome and restarting. Clear the cache once more before proceeding.

Not with Safari. I don’t think it works with chrome on IOS but Inhavent tried...

If I've understood correctly, this forum uses XenForo as software which has an addon (Convert Image All 6.5 by AndyB) that can take third party hosted images such as those from Photobucket and convert to locally stored images. If any admin like to have a check here is a link:
