Firewall grommet for wiring harness

They were part of the harness so there is no part number available unfortunately.
Black tape carefully wrapped around it to tidy it up.

If you're desparate you can slice lengthwise an appropriate length of black silicone vacuum tube , then install it on the hole edge, and trim to fit.
You would have to split this but 358 degrees would look good.

Old wiring from any car typically has few.
I would propose genuine BMW one - new or reuse.
