The CoupeKing offer contains an aluminium 3D shaped part; this is (I believe) from an E12, and has been reported to cut back on radiation heat from the exhaust headers into the cabin. It is available as well through your local BMW dealer, use the search function here with 'heat shield' to find the part number.
I have no experience with the other (larger, flat) panel in CoupeKing's offer.
 
the original part numbers are
big piece - 51481811934 (NLA), superceded by 51481811933 - $194 ... the original piece was NLA, but new part number is available
