I feel we may have a thread on this somewhere, but can't find it. What/who does the most accurate floor pan repair panels for the E9? I look at W&N and their panels for the front floors don't have the swages that run back under the box section that mounts the front seats. I also hear their panel swages don't accurately align with the OEM swages and that they also don't have the removable drain plug.

All that said, have we ever considered OEM floors from the E3? Had a look at one the other day and it seems the swaging etc is the same as the E9, just that the panel is longer in the middle - if you get my drift.. Perhaps a donor car is in order?

Also see that Oldtimer BMW used to have a single repair panel for the whole cockpit, but now out of stock?

Hi Wes,
the single repair panel was available from a polish supplier, but unfortunately he stopped his business. @Krzysztof helped me to get the last one available a couple of months ago.

Wolf is listed in the FAQ - best sources. i have removed the polish supplier. i seemed to remember there was a california supplier who produced full floor pieces. @HB Chris can you please remind me who this is. was it Mike Pelly or somebody else.

Mike Pelly gets the nod on fronts and Walloth on rears.
I have Walloth fronts for free- I could send to Bespoke? via his forwarding company.
Actually have a pile of Walloth sheet metal I would donate to you.

Has anyone made a die or cutting template for the twist plug holes?
Replacement plugs still being made?

I just searched for those plugs just last week. 2 years ago widely available and I bought one from FCP for 9 bucks now NLA and on Ebay for 40 bucks. Yes W&N have them and Jaymic also but if you are in the US and just need the plug...

BL: yes we need repros

Thanks Don.........I was looking for the plug style shown in the post by 2000CS for my E24's. I was able to salvage my original but do anticipate a future need as these seem to love to rust along the edge and separate from the rest of the car.
