Flywheel condition

I am installing a new clutch this week on my 3.0 carb, wondering which way to take this flywheel considering a 5 speed conversion is in the near future.
1. Slam it back in as is with new clutch
2. Is the surface roached? May send it to a shop to resurface.
3. Start shopping for replacement

Thoughts based on available parts?

Mine looked worse than that when I re-installed it a few years ago.

Hard to tell condition in a pic but when I had all that out I went ahead and had a machine shop inspect and resurface it, I didn't wan't to go back in there again. Not expensive to have them do it and it's peace of mind to have new clutch on clean new surface.

I might be on the threshold of being too thin for removing material off the flywheel, further complicating life.
