Foglights and kcigermany on ebay...misleading?

Ebay has these conical chrome fog lights advertised as NOS for the E9. My understanding is that the period correct fog lights for our car is a round back and not conical. Those lights look newer. Does anyone find the add misleading. I think he tried this for a w113 Mercedes (280sl) and now he is pushing for the bmw e9/2002. Also when I think NOS
I think of these fog lighs sitting in a box for 30 years never used before...thus new old stock. I don't know how to attach the site but if you look in ebay e9 bmw it will be found.

All of his items are very expensive and his claims are at times stretching it a bit.

Those guys do sell a lot of German stuff, but have generated many, many negative comments from Mercedes customers on the Pagoda website.
