Yes, that was Turn 2 at Laguna Seca, also shown below, before the track was changed after 1987.
The photo was probably from the '75 IMSA Camel GT event, with Hans Stuck's CSL leading Al Holbert, Peter Gregg and George Dyer in RSR Carreras.
