I spoke with the owner tonight. Seems to be a pretty stock example. I'm a couple of hours away. I plan to go see it this Sunday AM.
I looked at this Bavaria today. I think I'm going to pass. I will say that the craigslist picture does not appear to be recent. If any one would like details on what I saw you can PM me.
