They are fitted without internal diffuser so they can be used as driving lights
What is the impact of the light beam when the internal diffuser is removed? I thought this was necessary so that the fog lights give a better view to the driver in foggy weather, or am I wrong?
If you are going to use these as driving lights, will they provide enough light through the fog light lenses, or is the idea to install other lenses?

These reflectors bring several improvements:
- They are new. You should know that on this generation of headlight, there is no seal between the reflector and the glass, water gets in, which means that most of the reflectors are rusty at the bottom
- The bulbs that fit them are H3, more efficient because they are iodine and easier to find in case of replacement
- The fog lights are made to illuminate on the side thanks to the internal diffuser that reflects the beam.
o But who drives in the fog with their classic car?
o The long ranges are in my opinion more useful for driving at night.
o The ribbed lenses give an effect like on more recent 812s for example
- Finally, this allows you to have the classic look of the fog lights and the efficiency of the high beams

I have already sold several pairs in this configuration, they have given complete satisfaction to their users

Do I understand correctly that these are new lights and not period correct? And not Original?

You should reread what I wrote above.
These headlights are original only the reflectors come from a stock of headlights from the 70s or 80s using H3 bulbs
