Front bumper driving light fill plugs

My coupe came with a set of period correct Hella driving light. Beautiful pieces, but rectangular and better suited to a Merc.

Pulled them and have noticed a number of coupes with "fill plugs" where the driving light are mounted.

Is this an OEM bit and if so where can I source?

I don't think BMW has a part for that, but I was able to find some great stainless steel plugs at a local Ace Hardware.

A consideration for sure. At this point I like the look without them. And if I were to allocate $$$ I have other items ahead on the wish list.

Yep. Will be the direction if there isn't some impossible to source and outrageously expensive OEM part that is virtually identical!
